Liga espagnole : le Barça et Yamal reprennent leur marche en avant
After two painful defeats, in the Champions League against PSG (4-2) and in La Liga against Real Madrid (1-2), FC Barcelona were under pressure to perform this Saturday against Deportivo Alavés. The Catalans lived up to expectations perfectly, delivering a true attacking masterclass against Deportivo Alavés (6-1).
The Blaugrana festival began in the 8th minute thanks to Raphinha, who opened the scoring. Dominating the game, Hans-Dieter Flick's men quickly extended their lead through Fermín López, perfectly set up by Lamine Yamal in the 23rd minute.
Far from easing up, Barcelona continued their dominance. Raphinha, who scored twice, netted the third goal in the 41st minute, before Lamine Yamal also joined the party by finding the back of the net just before halftime (45th minute).
After returning from the locker room, Barça maintained their attacking momentum. Lamine Yamal bagged a brace, scoring his team's fifth goal. Anthony Gordon, who came on as a substitute for Yamal, completed the Catalan attacking display by scoring the sixth goal in the 81st minute.
With this resounding victory, FC Barcelona returns to winning ways and consolidates its position at the top of the table. The Blaugrana now have a six-point lead over Real Madrid, who travel to Racing Santander this Sunday.
