Ligue des champions : Assane Diao et Côme à l’assaut de Feyenoord, choc Manchester City/ PSG
The second matchday of the Champions League continues this Wednesday with several enticing fixtures. The clash between Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City will be the highlight of the evening.
As two-time defending champions, PSG intend to confirm their dominance on the European stage. But Ousmane Dembélé and his teammates will have to be wary of Manchester City, who are embarking on a new era under the leadership of Enzo Maresca.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa, led by their Senegalese attacking duo Nicolas Jackson and Ibrahim Mbaye, host Fenerbahçe with the ambition of securing a second consecutive victory.
Assane Diao's Como travel to the Netherlands to face Feyenoord. It promises to be a particularly hard-fought match for the Italian club, who are looking for an away win.
Struggling in the Premier League, Liverpool will try to get back on track with a trip to Austrian club LASK. At the Stadio Olimpico, AS Roma host Real Madrid in a match that promises to be a spectacle.
In Norway, Bodø/Glimt host Borussia Dortmund, while Real Betis will look to secure a second consecutive home victory against FC Porto.
Finally, Shakhtar Donetsk faces AEK Athens, while VfB Stuttgart travels to Slovan Bratislava.
