Champions League: Jackson and Aston Villa looking to continue their winning streak, Ismaïl Jakobs and Galatasaray in danger at Lille

The third matchday of the Champions League, which began on Tuesday, continues on Wednesday with nine matches on the schedule. The clash between Bara Sapoko Ndiaye's Bayern Munich and Bukayo Saka's Arsenal will be one of the evening's main attractions. Meanwhile, Aston Villa, with their Senegalese strikers Nicolas Jackson and Ibrahim Mbaye, will try to secure a third consecutive victory. Traveling to Lille, Ismaïl Jakobs' Galatasaray have a crucial match ahead after two straight defeats.

At the Allianz Arena, Bayern Munich hosts Arsenal in what promises to be an intense encounter. Held to a draw in Norway in their previous match, the Bavarians are eager to return to winning ways in front of their home crowd. But the task will be difficult against the Gunners, last season's finalists, who travel to Germany with high hopes.

At the Stade Pierre-Mauroy, Lille hosts Ismaïl Jakobs' Galatasaray. Having lost their first two matches, the Turkish side is under pressure and must react to avoid further jeopardizing their chances in the competition. Against Lille, they will try to leave France with a positive result.

At the Santiago Bernabéu, Real Madrid host RB Leipzig. The Madrid side will be looking for a win to boost their confidence before El Clásico against FC Barcelona on Saturday.

At Villa Park, Aston Villa will have the opportunity to continue their perfect run. With Senegalese strikers Nicolas Jackson and Ibrahim Mbaye in their ranks, the English club aims for a third consecutive victory against Norwegian side Viking Stavanger.

RC Lens, without the injured Abdallah Sima, travel to face Club Brugge, where Mamadou Diakhon plays. The Sang et Or (Blood and Gold) will try to secure a positive result despite the absence of their Senegalese striker.

At home, Como, who will also have to do without the injured young Senegalese striker Assane Diao, face a tough challenge against Manchester United. The Italians hope to cause an upset against the English side.

At the Giuseppe Meazza stadium, Inter Milan cannot afford any mistakes against Shakhtar Donetsk. After two consecutive defeats, the Nerazzurri absolutely must react to revive their European campaign.

Finally, Real Betis hosts Feyenoord in Andalusia, while Sporting Lisbon welcomes LASK from Austria to Lisbon.
