Lutte : La FSL interdit les « doubles contrats » dans l’arène
The Senegalese Wrestling Federation (FSL) has decided to put an end to the practice of "double contracts" in the Senegalese wrestling arena. Through a recently published circular, the governing body now prohibits promoters, agents, managers, and representatives from simultaneously concluding multiple agreements concerning the same fight.
This measure aims to better regulate the organization of protest posters, while putting an end to the conflicts, parallel dealings and contradictory announcements that sometimes surround certain negotiations.
From now on, all planned wrestling matches must be declared in advance to the FSL (Swiss Wrestling Federation). According to Article 1 of the circular, promoters must provide the identities of the wrestlers involved, the promoter themselves, and the names of any managers, agents, or representatives who participated in the discussions. The proposed date for the match must also be specified.
The federation also requires the registration of the file before any public communication. Article 3 specifies that no official announcement can be made until the prior declaration formality has been completed.
Furthermore, the FSL invites all actors in the field to report to it without delay any dispute related to the organization of a fight or the claim of rights to it.
Finally, the body warns that any failure to comply with these new provisions will expose offenders to the sanctions provided for in its regulations, as well as possible administrative or disciplinary measures intended to guarantee respect for sporting order and transparency in the arena.
