Officiel : Ayyoub Bouaddi quitte Lille pour Manchester City contre 100 millions d'euros, vente record en France
Moroccan international midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi has been transferred from Lille to Manchester City, where he has signed a contract until 2031, the two clubs announced Wednesday, for a minimum amount of 100 million euros, according to Lille president Olivier Létang.
This is the biggest sale of a Ligue 1 player to a foreign club. After a stellar season with LOSC and a brilliant performance at the World Cup with Morocco, where he played five matches including the quarter-final loss to France (2-0), the 18-year-old midfielder joins the Premier League and sees his career take on a whole new dimension.
