Tournoi UFOA/A U20 : les Lionceaux à Bamako sans leur coach, retenu par Teungueth FC
The Senegalese under-20 football team has flown to Bamako to compete in the WAFU Zone A U20 Tournament from October 15 to 30, reports Record. The sports daily notes, however, that the Young Lions boarded the flight without their coach, Malick Daf.
The sports daily explains that the coach remained in Senegal to prepare for the first leg of the second preliminary round of the Champions League between Teungueth FC (the club he also coaches) and Colombe Sportive of Cameroon. Daf plans to travel to Bamako after this first leg, before returning to Cameroon for the second leg.
As two-time defending champions, Senegal are aiming for a third consecutive title in Group B, alongside Mauritania, Sierra Leone, and Guinea-Bissau. The coach expressed confidence in his squad's preparation. "The group is ready. We've found our team, and the players are improving with each match. Little by little, the team is finding its rhythm, and confidence is growing. The game is better than at the beginning," he asserted.

Voilà un signe manifeste de manque de sérieux de rigueur de la Fédération. Ces choses doivent être Vérifiées, corrigées, évitées dès le début et non pas constatées sur le faiu
