Université d’hivernage de Kiiraay : Diomaye Faye adresse un message à ses cadres
The Kiiraay – Republican Patriots party is holding its first Winter University this Saturday, October 3rd, in Dakar. On this occasion, President Bassirou Diomaye Faye addressed the participants, outlining the structuring and expansion of his political organization. This message was delivered by Minister Abdoulaye Tine.
Kiiraay is entering a new phase. Following its official launch on July 25, 2026, the political party of the President of the Republic brought together its leaders for its first Winter University, dedicated to reflection, discussion, and defining the party's strategic direction. The meeting, held in Dakar, comes as the party works to consolidate its organization and formalize its doctrine. Nearly 700 leaders are expected to attend this day of reflection, representing the various regions of the country.
The Head of State's message to Kiiraay executives
In his message, Bassirou Diomaye Faye addressed himself directly to the leaders and activists of his party. This intervention came at a time when Kiiraay is seeking to transform the political momentum generated around the "Diomaye for President" coalition into a structured organization. According to him, "the Winter University should, in particular, allow the party to lay the foundations for its operations, clarify its orientations, and strengthen the commitment of its members on the ground. The event is thus part of a doctrinal development process, with the stated ambition of providing Kiiraay with a political and organizational foundation. The party's Think Tank had announced five main areas of focus: economic, social and environmental, health, political, and cultural."
From planning to implementation on the ground
"Beyond internal debates, Kiiraay also intends to strengthen its presence in local communities. The party plans, in particular, to hold regional feedback sessions to share the conclusions of the Winter University with local officials," he stated. These remarks were reported by the President's communications officer, Abdoulaye Tine.
This strategy comes in the lead-up to the municipal elections announced for 2027. The party intends to continue its expansion across the country and to unite the leaders and movements that support the President of the Republic's actions. The objective is therefore twofold, according to the message: "to build a political and doctrinal identity while consolidating the organization on the ground."

Il est en train de négocier avec Diomaye en coulisse car il sait qu'il est cerné. Ce sont les petits moutons influenceurs qui font du bruit mais Sonko sait qu'il est pris en flagrant délit.
