Podor : Une Peugeot 207 prend feu à la gare routière
A private vehicle caught fire this Wednesday at the Podor bus station. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. The Peugeot 207, license plate AA-222-LN, was being driven by its owner, Mr. Diouf, according to reports. He had left Podor heading towards Ndioum.
When he arrived near the Podor bus station, he noticed smoke coming from under the hood. As he was about to get out of the vehicle to investigate the source of the problem, it suddenly burst into flames.
Alerted, firefighters, with the support of local residents, quickly intervened to contain the fire and limit the damage. No injuries were reported.
