To date, his family has never recognized the exhumed body as his own. Before the verdict was delivered last July, they withdrew from the courtroom.

The defense lawyers did the same after the court rejected their request for handwriting analysis of certain documents in the case file.

The same court also rejected the prosecution's request to reclassify the offenses.
