Bénin : Le président Wadagni surpris en pleine promenade matinale dans les rues de Parakou
He imitates his predecessor, but better. While traveling in northern Benin for the "Gaani," a major cultural and identity festival of the Baatombu and Boo communities, Beninese President Romuald Wadagni took a morning stroll through some of the streets of the city of Parakou.
This unusual exercise for a head of state pleasantly surprised road users. The president exchanged a few words with them.

In a message posted on his Facebook account, the leader explains that these moments in the streets are precious to him because they allow him to "reconnect with his fellow citizens, to greet them, to exchange a few words with them, to see their smiles and to feel firsthand the energy that animates the country."
"I am always happy to walk the streets of Benin and share, even for a few moments, the daily lives of those for whom we work every day," the leader added.
