L'Union africaine et l’Égypte ont signé l’accord de pays hôte pour la 8e réunion de coordination de mi-année

The African Union Commission and the Egyptian government have signed the host country agreement for the 8th AU Mid-Year Coordination Meeting of Regional Economic Communities and Regional Mechanisms. It is scheduled for October 4, 2026, in El Alamein, Egypt.

This meeting should allow the various African structures to harmonize their actions and coordinate the implementation of the continental integration program.

Participants will notably examine progress made in the distribution of responsibilities between the AU, RECs and regional mechanisms, as well as priorities that require enhanced coordination.
