Sédhiou : un CRD consacré au recensement des entreprises et unités économiques
A Regional Development Committee (CRD) was held this Thursday in Sédhiou to take stock of the census of companies and economic units in the region.
The meeting helped to prepare the operation and identify any potential difficulties on the ground.
Three major requirements have been identified to ensure the success of the census, according to the head of the regional executive.
The first step is to raise awareness among economic actors about the importance of this operation, to facilitate the work of census takers in the field, and to encourage businesses and economic units to fully collaborate with the teams in charge of the census.
The objective is to ensure a better understanding of the regional economic fabric.
For the regional governor, the operation must take into account all its components, including small units and actors in the informal sector so that the data collected accurately reflects the economic potential of the Sédhiou region.
