Vision Sénégal 2050 : Il y a un an, le gouvernement lançait son programme phare (1/3)

A year ago, on October 14, 2024, the Senegalese government unveiled the strategic framework "Senegal 2050: National Transformation Agenda" at the Diamniadio Cicad. The successor to the Emerging Senegal Plan (PSE), this document outlines the country's new roadmap for economic and social development by 2050.

Four axes to transform Senegal

The Agenda is structured around four strategic axes.

The first focuses on good governance, transparency, modernization of the administration and the consolidation of Senegal's role on the African scene.

The second axis is dedicated to the development of human capital, with an emphasis on education, health, social inclusion and the empowerment of youth and women.

The third advocates balanced regional planning, the development of rural areas and the promotion of renewable energies.

The latter aims to strengthen productive sectors – agriculture, industry, digital – and to support SMEs, innovation and local entrepreneurship.

A sustainable frame of reference

One year after its launch, "Senegal 2050" remains the central framework for national planning, broken down into five-year and ten-year strategies, supported by a Priority Action Plan (PAP) for the implementation of the National Development Strategy.

The overall cost of the program is estimated at 18,496 billion CFA francs over 26 years. It is based on public funding, public-private partnerships (PPPs) and a strong contribution from the private sector.

La vision se conjugue au futur antérieur. On peut même dire, "il était une fois" en langue vernaculaire, "léboone lépone, amonne Nafi..."

La vision se mesure à la grosseur du président, du premier ministre, des ministres, DG et députés de Pasteef.
La vision 2050 c'est 11 milliards de fonds politiques pour Diomaye par an soit 916 millions par mois sans compter son salaire et ses privilèges. Faites le calcul 916 millions x 18 mois.
9 milliards de fonds politiques pour Sonko pour an, soit 750 millions par mois sans compter son salaire et ses privilèges. 750 millions x 18 mois.
Les sénégalais galèrent et les gougnafiers grossissent du ventre, des joues et des fesses.
C'est ça le projet.

La vision c'est bien mais il nous faut UN PROGRAMME CHIFFRÉ ET DATÉ mentionnant la provenance des ressources.
