Guédiawaye : «Mbaye Délégué» tue Sakher Diouf, il ne lui a pas fallu un couteau mais deux
The Wakhinane Nimzatt police station (Guédiawaye) was alerted to the discovery of a body at the Bou Bess Market. Officers deployed to the scene confirmed the death of an individual with a deep chest wound. The deceased was identified as Sakher Diouf, 25 years old, unemployed, and residing in Gadaye. "According to information gathered at the scene, the victim was fighting with B. Niang, also known as 'Mbaye Délégué,' a cart driver residing in Bakhdad, who stabbed him. The suspect was armed with two knives. The tragedy occurred following a heated verbal exchange," reports Libération in its account of the events.
The newspaper reports that the body was taken to King Baudouin Hospital for an autopsy and that the suspect is actively being sought. "The prosecutor at the Pikine/Guédiawaye High Court has been informed. An investigation is underway," Libération adds.
