"Absolument pas question" que l'Espagne quitte la zone Schengen, déclare le ministre français de l'Intérieur
There is "absolutely no question" of Spain leaving the Schengen area, French Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez said on Saturday, adding that France had "very, very, very good cooperation with Spain".
Also, during a press briefing on the duration of the reinforcement of the Franco-Spanish border, Laurent Nuñez responded that it would be done "for as long as necessary." Some 60,000 migrants from Morocco entered the Spanish enclave of Ceuta illegally at the end of the week, triggering an unprecedented crisis within the EU, with Italy announcing the temporary suspension of its free movement agreement with Spain.
