Carney dénonce la "guerre" commerciale lancée par Washington contre le Canada
Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney on Saturday denounced a trade "war" launched by the United States against his country after new tariffs came into effect following the breakdown of trade negotiations between the two neighbors.
"What is obvious" is that "there is a new attack by the Americans on Canada" and "you attack, in a war," he said in French at a press conference.
