An exceptional property. Kylian Mbappé, now well settled in Madrid, has taken up residence in a highly sought-after area near the Spanish capital: La Finca, reports Le Journal de la Maison. The player has purchased a stunning villa for 11 million euros that previously belonged to former Real Madrid player Gareth Bale. An extraordinary acquisition for a prestigious residence.

The residence, located a few kilometers from downtown Pozuelo de Alarcón, offers a tranquil and luxurious setting where other celebrities have sought refuge. Inside, the villa boasts eight bedrooms, a dozen bathrooms, a private cinema, an indoor pool, a spa, a football pitch, and a putting green. According to the website, this area is the most secure and inaccessible in Europe. The property features a controlled-access gate, video surveillance, and facial recognition technology.

A villa nestled in the "Spanish Beverly Hills"

During negotiations, Gareth Bale was demanding €13 million from the French international, according to Okdiario.com. The former Tottenham player ultimately agreed to €11 million, having not returned to Madrid since June 2022. The specialized agency Realizza reportedly handled the negotiations. Nicknamed the "Spanish Beverly Hills," the "La Finca" neighborhood has been a haven for stars and footballers ever since the legendary Raúl sought refuge there. In the past, other figures from the club with 14 Champions League titles have also resided there, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, and Sergio Ramos.
