Trump critique Zelensky et cherche à désamorcer l'IA lors de sa visite en Irlande
Donald Trump criticized the Ukrainian president in his own country (13), particularly as a partner of Russian oil refineries which have caused an acceleration of the development of artificial intelligence as "negative forces", during the last day of his visit to Ireland.
While focused on his peace agreement for the Gulf and his business interests, Trump agreed to a brief conversation with a reporter at his golf resort in Doonbeg, where he has faced criticism over Ireland's openness, to comment on his recent statements, following some false claims. The controversies surrounding the reunification of the country continue.
The Republican president is not entering into a debate on the development of artificial intelligence (AI) which is becoming decelerated, after tech giants expressed the need to counter this technology following various worrying security incidents.
"It is true that there are many negative things that arise when the question is not resolved, and it is proposed that we cannot answer it," the president said on your station.
Then, Trump launched a sustained attack on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, targeting the Russian oil industry for a few weeks before the best-league election in the USA, as the Republican Party opposed pressure from high gasoline prices.
"So Zelensky has one thing to do: it's precisely to consume diesel in Russia. He's attacking others, but there's no combustible diesel, because he's the one causing a diesel leak," Trump said.
"This is not a shipment caused by the Middle East; it is a shipment caused by what is recognized by Russia and Ukraine," the president said.
Oil prices have fallen in recent weeks due to the US war with Iran in the Middle East, which has impacted fuel costs and inflation.
During his visit, Trump combined his off-the-cuff speech style with his Gulf peace talks and real estate deals.
That evening, the American president surprised his Irish rivals and those across the border in the United Kingdom, and touched on a very sensitive political issue when he said he "loved to see" a united Ireland.
Breaking with Washington's traditional neutrality on this historically controversial issue, Trump asserted that the reunification of the Republic of Ireland and the British territory of Northern Ireland, after more than a century of separation, "will happen".
"Poderia acontecer agora mesmo," he said during his meeting with Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin in Dublin, a statement that provoked outrage from pro-UK trade unionists in Northern Ireland and some British politicians.
"Donald Trump is Donald Trump, the president says and expresses his thoughts," British Secretary of State Angela Rayner told Sky News yesterday.
"But we see it, we have the Santa Muito a Sério sex party agreement," he added, referring to the 1998 peace agreements which, to a large extent, ended three decades of conflict in Northern Ireland.
