Affaire Abdoulaye Ba : Les agents du COUD se mobilisent pour soutenir trois collègues inculpés
Workers at the University Social Services Center of Dakar (COUD) have expressed their disagreement with the court decision targeting three of their colleagues who were charged and then placed under judicial supervision in connection with the investigation into the death of student Abdoulaye Ba. The three employees are being prosecuted for alleged manslaughter and failure to assist a person in danger.
Gathered with their representatives, the COUD staff denounced the charges, which they consider unfounded, and reaffirmed their solidarity with their colleagues. They called for respect for the presumption of innocence and demanded a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the student's death.
This mobilization comes as the judicial investigation continues to establish responsibility in this case, which continues to generate numerous reactions within the university community.
