Chambre criminelle de Dakar : Le procès de Boy Djiné et de sa bande renvoyé au 8 septembre
The notorious prisoner Baye Modou Fall, alias Boy Djiné, appeared this Tuesday before the Criminal Court of Dakar. He shared the dock with his co-defendants Ahmadou Ndiaye, Mamadou Lamine Diallo, Bamba Ben Ousmane Afana Ndiaye, Khadim Lo and Modou Ndiaye.
The gang is being prosecuted for criminal association, robbery committed at night in a group with violence, breaking and entering, climbing, use of vehicle and weapons, attempted robbery committed at night in a group with violence, breaking and entering, use of vehicle and weapons, attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons.
However, the proceedings could not begin due to the absence of the civil parties at the hearing. The Criminal Chamber therefore decided to postpone the case until September 8, 2026, to allow for their summons.
