Tribunal de Dakar : l’affaire Aïssatou Seydi contre son ex-époux Mamadou Diop ISEG renvoyée au 4 juin
Another postponement in the legal dispute between the president of ISEG, Mamadou Diop, his ex-wife Aïssatou Seydi, and Mamadou Bâ. The case was called on April 2nd before the Dakar Criminal Court, but the hearing was adjourned until June 4th, 2026.
The case concerns the building located at Sicap Sacré-Cœur, number 9023, from which Mamadou Diop was evicted in July 2025. The defendants, Aïssatou Seydi and Mamadou Bâ, are being prosecuted for criminal association, fraud, breach of trust, as well as forgery and use of forged authentic public documents.
At today's hearing, only Aïssatou Seydi appeared. Her co-defendant, Mamadou Bâ, never showed up in court despite two postponements.
