Senator Ned Nwoko of Delta North has made a passionate appeal to Nigerians, bloggers and fans to give his estranged wife, Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, some respite space to recover.
Nwoko made the appeal in a statement shared on her Instagram page Monday amid their ongoing marital crisis.
He said he was concerned about online publications of what he described as false reports about the actress, including fabricated death announcements and misleading stories about her health.
"I want to make a sincere appeal to the public, especially Regina's fans, friends, bloggers, and social media commentators, to give Regina some breathing room," he said.
