Point-E : un « déficient mental » chute d'une maison en chantier après avoir fugué de l'hôpital de Fann (son père)
The Point-E district police station was alerted this Saturday around 6 p.m. to a fall from a house under construction located in the cul-de-sac of Rue 1, in Point-E. Initial reports from the scene indicate that the individual is conscious but seriously injured.
According to the account of events, the police immediately went to the scene after the alert. Upon arrival, they found a conscious male lying on his right side at the construction site in question.
The victim has been identified as A. NDIAYE, 24 years old, residing in the Maristes neighborhood. He had open wounds to his abdomen and head, according to Seneweb sources.
The explanations of the victim's father
When questioned about the circumstances that led his son to this construction site, B. NDIAYE, the victim's father, explained to the police that his son was interned in the psychiatric ward of Fann Hospital, from where he had fled before the incident.
The firefighters, dispatched to the scene, took charge of the injured man before evacuating him to Fann Hospital, in accordance with the requisition established on September 26, 2026.
An investigation has been opened by the competent authorities to determine the exact circumstances of this fall and to establish any possible responsibilities.
