To highlight the artistic and cultural talents of the National Police officers, the Association of Cultural Press of Senegal (APCS) and the National Police plan to organize a major cultural event.
As a prelude to this event, a press conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 10 a.m., at the Museum of Black Civilizations.
The event aims to strengthen ties between the National Police, cultural players and the general public, while highlighting the artistic and cultural talents of National Police officers: musicians, singers, painters, visual artists and writers.
The program for this cultural event includes: a musical performance, a visual arts exhibition, a literary space, and a ceremony paying tribute to Laye Bamba Seck, a former police officer and emblematic figure of Senegalese music.
