Handover of property titles in Paris: Diaar Yéémou Invest launches COHASEF (Housing Cooperative for Senegalese in France)

Remise de titres de propriétés à Paris Diaar Yéémou Invest lance la COHASEF (Coopérative d’Habitat des Sénégalais de France)

For the third consecutive year, Diaar Yéémou Invest organized a business & brunch in France on Saturday, September 19, 2026, to hand over property titles to members of the diaspora who will invest in Senegal.

The business & brunch is a business concept initiated by Diaar Yéémou Invest, to create a privileged, face-to-face meeting with its clients, partners and people from the diaspora interested in real estate and agribusiness investment in Senegal.

The business & brunch is also a gastronomic event punctuated by exchanges, pitches, presentations of investment opportunities in Senegal, handover of property titles, exhibition stands and networking.

This event took place shortly after the Senegal Invest Tour, which was held in New York on the occasion of Bamba Day, and which stopped in Atlanta and North Carolina, with several projects presented.

Fatoumata, Malick, Madeleine and so many others, who all placed their trust in Diaar Yéémou Invest by buying land in Senegal, received their property titles from the hands of its CEO, Ms. Oumy SALL NDIAYE.

On this occasion, the CEO of Diaar Yéémou Invest, Ms. Oumy SALL NDIAYE, launched COHASEF (Housing Cooperative for Senegalese in France). COHASEF's objective is to enable members of the diaspora to access homeownership at a lower cost, through solidarity, collective investment, and social housing programs.

The surprise guest of the ceremony, Ms. Oumou SY, president of the African Diaspora Women association and CEO of Oumou Dily Event, spoke of her relationship with Ms. Oumy SALL NDIAYE, who believed in her and agreed to be the godmother of her second event dedicated to honoring women entrepreneurs.

As is tradition at Diaar Yéémou Invest, the ceremony ended with a Téranga brunch, the preparation of which was entrusted to the founder of Kai Box, Ms. Kadijatou MANGASUBA BRUYNINX, whose tasty creations delighted the taste buds of Diaar Yéémou Invest's clients.

To thank its customers and partners for their loyalty and commitment, Diaar Yéémou Invest offered calabashes containing fruit jams such as papaya, ditakh, ginger and lemon sourced directly from its KEUR OUMY DIALAW ECOLODGE farm, located in Yéne.

We would like to thank our surprise guest, Ms. Oumou SY, for her support.

Our thanks also go to all of our partners: KADDU DIASPORA MEDIA, KAI BOX and @THEDIONES.

Special thanks to our clients, without whom we wouldn't exist. Diaar Yéémou Invest says THANK YOU to its clients for their trust.

Salut.
