SERAS : Enceinte après deux rapports sexuels dans une dibiterie, une mineure fait envoyer son partenaire en prison
A case of indecent assault and abduction of a minor has rocked SERAS. Guinean national M. Sall, 20 years old, is accused of impregnating the minor A. Ndiaye after two sexual encounters at his brothel. Arrested by the Dalifort-Foirail district police, he was remanded in custody after being brought before the Pikine-Guédiawaye prosecutor's office.
The investigation began with the discovery of A. Ndiaye's pregnancy. Entrusted to H. Ndiaye, the wife of her guardian AM Sall, the young girl helped him in his small eatery located in the SERAS district. It was there that she met M. Sall, who worked in a butcher shop.
According to statements gathered by investigators, the young man eventually formed a romantic relationship with the minor after she allegedly confessed her feelings for him. They then had sexual relations on two occasions in the brothel.
The discovery of the pregnancy sparked outrage among the young woman's family. Upon learning of the situation, AM Sall filed a complaint on October 23, 2026. He explained to the police that his niece had been frequently ill recently. It was during a consultation at the Yeumbeul garrison medical center that her pregnancy was discovered.
Arrested at his dibiterie (a type of informal restaurant) by members of the investigation unit, Mr. Sall initially denied the allegations before admitting to having had sexual relations twice with A. Ndiaye. He also stated that the young woman had revealed to him that she had previously had sexual relations with A. Diallo, his predecessor at the dibiterie. Diallo allegedly left the premises after embezzling nearly 10 million CFA francs belonging to their employer.
Mamadou Sall was brought before the prosecutor's office in Pikine-Guédiawaye on charges of indecent assault and abduction of a minor. The young man was ultimately referred to the juvenile court.

On envoie trop facilement des innocents en prison pour des délits de viol imaginaires. Le ministre de la Justice doit également engager des réformes afin de sanctionner sévèrement les fausses accusations de viol.🙏
