The clash between Senegal and Guinea, scheduled for this Thursday in the semi-finals of the WAFU/A U17 tournament, promises a thrilling contest between two rival teams. But beyond the team battle, this match will also be marked by the clash between two highly sought-after young talents: Souleymane Commissaire Faye for Senegal and Salifou Camara for Guinea.

As the playmaker for the Young Lions, Souleymane Commissaire Faye has been very active in attack since the start of the tournament. Having scored two goals, the young Be Sport talent has also been involved in several dangerous attacks for the Senegalese national team. Against Guinea, he will once again be expected to play a key role in orchestrating the attack and building Senegal's play.

Facing him, the Senegalese number 10 will be up against one of the most prominent players in this competition. Nicknamed the "Guinean Messi," Salifou Camara impresses with his technique, his left foot, and his ability to bring his teammates into the game. A true metronome for the Guinean national team, he brings creativity and precision to the midfield.

The young Guinean has also been decisive since the start of the competition. He notably proved this against Mali by scoring a superb free kick that allowed Guinea to equalize, before Alpha Camara scored the winning goal.

With two such talented and influential players, this semi-final between Senegal and Guinea promises to be a fascinating clash of styles and talents. The duel between Souleymane Commissaire Faye and Salifou Camara could prove to be one of the keys to the match.

In the sights of many observers and recruiters, the two young talents will also have the opportunity to shine on an important stage to help their national teams secure a place in the final and, above all, qualification for the next U17 AFCON.
