He emphasized the critical need for qualified human capital in Touba, especially among young people and women.

The minister also praised the promoter's vision for sustainable development, highlighting investments in solar energy, as well as in the processing, tailoring, and catering sectors—areas considered promising for the social and solidarity economy. He assured Serigne Mame Bara Mbacké of the state's support, citing the 3FPT (National Fund for Vocational Training and Employment Promotion), the ONFP (National Office for Vocational Training), and the Directorate of Daaras (Koranic Schools) as potential partners, before congratulating the center's staff and students.

Si dans l’art d’informer vous ne vous imposez aucune exigence, dans celui de comprendre laissez-nous le choix d’avoir un minimum d’exigence. Le titre (et pas que le titre) de cet article nous parle de formation professionnelle alors que le contenu ne nous parle que de CFEE et de BFEM qui sont des diplômes de socle. Que je sache, aucun de ces diplômes n’est de type professionnel. Le CAP, Le brevet professionnel, le bac pro, un parcours diplômant… De quoi s’agit-il vraiment dans cet établissement ? Si c’est une simple école privée, je ne vois pas ce que le ministre et soin attelage sont allés y faire. Mais surtout, si formation professionnelle il y a, dites-nous dans quel domaine et avec quel niveau de formation. Au passage, il serait aussi bon qu’on nous dise quelle langue est utilisée dans cet établissement et quel programme est mis en œuvre. Tout cela n’est que questionnement et nullement attaque anti-tarikha.
